How can I lose weight in 7 days at home?

lose weight in 7 days at home:
Before my second round of liposuction at the Dr’s surgery, I decided to try and lose weight at home.

I’d done a lot of research online to find the best and most effective products and techniques that I could use to help me on the journey.

Over the course of the last 5 months or so I’ve lost over 6 stone, but I knew I wanted to really make a big change to my body.

I didn’t want to just maintain it.

I wanted to be able to pick up my children and play with them. I wanted to go to the beach with my husband and sit in the sun with my girls. I wanted to get out to clubs without worrying about whether or not I was going to be too out of breath. I wanted to walk into a room and know that I was going to be able to dance, dance, dance all night long.

This weekend is my final weight loss before my second liposuction session so I wanted to make sure that I would be able to start on the right foot.

After I finished the program with the Doctors, I decided to do another program to help me on the way to achieving my goal. This time I chose a weight loss program that’s based on what the Doctor recommends. I’ve done this program for a few weeks now and have lost another 3 and a half stone!

What I do now is exercising the body in very small amounts.

I’ve been advised by the Doctor that you shouldn’t do any more than this until you are back on the program to ensure that you don’t burn out and you make sure that your body can adapt.

I do this in small amounts every single day. I’m currently at 1,000 steps and I aim to get to 2,000 each day. I’m also using the Freedom Fit app, which also tracks your steps. I can see the overall figures and how many steps I’ve done throughout the day and I also see the distance that I’ve covered.

I love it because it works out exactly how much you’ve done throughout the day and it keeps you motivated.

The important thing with exercise is to make sure that it isn’t too strenuous and that you’re not burning yourself out. This is what I’ve done. I’m also sure to include a good amount of stretching and doing a lot of walking. It doesn’t matter how far or how fast you’re walking, if you’re walking consistently and properly, it’s not just going to help you lose weight, it’s going to make a big difference to your health and fitness.

These are the only things that I have been doing that’s led me to lose weight and I’m really excited to see what else I can do and how much more I can lose!

This week, I decided to try something different.

I added in some much needed cardio work to my routine.

For years I ignored the key part of my weight loss journey and in that time I’ve not really done much cardio.

I was exercising and doing the best that I could, but I was not doing anything like I had done in the past. I’ve never been athletic and I’ve always preferred going to the gym and lifting weights and building muscle.

I was in a yoga class last week and someone mentioned that cardio can also be done outside of the gym and it’s much easier..
